Scott M. Hartinger
Scott M. Hartinger is a 1993 graduate of Mount Saint Mary's College in
Emmitsburg, Maryland. He received his J.D. in 1996 from Widener University
School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the Criminal
Law Society. Mr. Hartinger served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable James L. Ryan
in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland (1996-1997). Mr. Hartinger practices in both Maryland and the District of Columbia, where he is admitted to practice by the following courts: Court of Appeals of Maryland, United States District Court for the District of Maryland, District of Columbia Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the District of Columbia, United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. His specialty areas of practice include: personal injury, insurance defense, workers' compensation, business litigation, traffic/criminal, domestic relations.
He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Frederick County Bar Association and Montgomery County Bar Association. Through the bar associations as well as through individual efforts, he has been involved in volunteer efforts for various organizations throughout the community.
Scott resides in Frederick with his wife Jennifer and their son Thomas.
