Commercial trucking accident — settlement secured in just 9 months.

Client was on the 101 when a tire struck the front windshield and hood of his car. Client was knocked unconscious, and suffered a brain injury and paralysis.

Truck driver's brakes failed resulting in impact, throwing a vehicle off an embankment. The jaws of life attempted to rescue Client and passengers, however, the negligence of the driver ultimately resulted in Client's untimely death.

An apartment building was engulfed in flames - There were no smoke detectors in the apartment to alert Client resulting in life altering burn injuries. Client, in his late 70's was traveling through intersection when Defendant made a left turn, causing a T-bone accident. Client suffered back pain and blood clots due to the negligence of Defendant.

Elderly Client was walking downstairs to help a neighbor when she tripped and fell on an uneven piece of metal at the top of the stairs. Client fell down a flight of 15 stairs, landing on the 4th step, and was unconscious on impact.
