Bond Legal handles personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning you pay no attorney fees unless we recover compensation for you. Our standard contingency fee is 33.33% (one-third) of the gross recovery in pre-litigation matters and 40% of the gross recovery if a lawsuit is filed.
