Kyle M. Moore

Kyle M. Moore is the founder of the Law Office of Kyle M. Moore, an independent Georgia trial practice and affiliate law firm of Bond Legal. He works with Bond Legal as a referral and litigation partner on select cases, while maintaining his own practice.

For more than thirteen years, Kyle has represented people and families facing serious personal injury claims. His practice focuses on significant injury and wrongful death cases, including commercial truck collisions, automobile and motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, medical malpractice, and vaccine injuries.

Kyle's approach is straightforward: prepare every case as though it may ultimately be decided by a jury. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive experience with depositions, cross-examination, witness preparation, jury selection, and trial procedure. He is especially interested in how people evaluate credibility, process information, and make decisions—an interest rooted in his academic background in psychology and human behavior.

Kyle earned his law degree from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School in 2013, where he served on the Moot Court Board and earned top academic marks in courses including Evidence and Constitutional Law. Before law school, he graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree focused on psychology, behavioral science, and human decision-making.

Before becoming a lawyer, Kyle served eight years in the United States Marine Corps. He enlisted one week after graduating from high school, deployed to Iraq twice, and was among the first wave of Marines to enter Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. He completed his military service at the rank of Sergeant and received numerous military honors, including the Presidential Unit Citation, Meritorious Unit Commendation, and Navy Unit Commendation.

Kyle was born in Atlanta and when he's not representing clients he enjoys sharing adventures with his wife and two sons.
