A Firestorm to Get Justice

A Firestorm to Get Justice

It was an ordinary evening when a bicyclist was struck and killed by a distracted driver in Georgia. The driver fled the scene, leaving the victim's family devastated and searching for answers.

Within 24 hours, police had arrested a suspect using traffic cameras, eyewitness testimony, and intergovernmental cooperation. But for the grieving family, an arrest wasn't enough. They wanted justice — real, meaningful accountability.

The family hired Bond Legal Group member Kyle Moore to pursue civil justice. From the moment he took the case, Kyle launched what can only be described as a firestorm of legal action.

Through relentless evidence gathering, Kyle discovered critical facts: the driver was operating a company vehicle at the time of the wreck and had an extensive criminal history, including a prior hit and run. Perhaps most damning, the driver's employer had failed to conduct a background check — a negligent oversight that allowed this unsafe driver to remain on the roads.

Armed with this evidence, Kyle crafted an expertly designed pre-litigation settlement proposal. Through what he describes as 'strategic evidence gathering maneuvers,' Kyle was able to quickly preserve the facts necessary to pursue justice.

The result: multiple stacked insurance policy limits totaling $6,000,000 — secured within just five weeks from the date of the wreck. For the surviving family, it was a measure of justice in an otherwise devastating situation.

"Speed matters in these cases," Kyle explains. "Evidence disappears. Witnesses forget. Surveillance footage gets overwritten. By moving quickly and decisively, we ensured that nothing was lost and that every avenue of recovery was explored."
