Stephen J. Hill

Stephen Hill is a member of our Fire Litigation Division and leads our Utah office. Over the past decade, he has represented hundreds of property owners in California and Utah on claims against power companies for wildfire damage.

Mr. Hill has also tried a diversity of business and medical malpractice cases. He organized and was co-lead counsel for the legal team that brought a landmark antitrust case against Microsoft. He is an accomplished appellate attorney who has argued several cases in the Utah Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and he previously served as Special Counsel to the President of the NAACP.

As the co-founder of the Ragnar Relay Series, the world's largest running relay series, and the former President and CEO of Linux Networx, a supercomputing company, Mr. Hill brings a depth of experience that allows him to provide thoughtful and creative business advice.
